Why join

The house is still someone’s home while we work.

Our completed jobs include a kitchen rebuilt with the fridge still running and two bathrooms converted one at a time.

We expect you to protect the occupied areas, keep access clear, and raise problems with the lead as they come up.

On the job

How we work

  • Respect for the craft

Give cabinets, trim, and the remaining finish work the same care as framing.

  • Coordinate with the next trade

Check the sequence with the lead before covering work or moving into another trade’s area.

  • Leave the house usable

Protect the floors, contain the dust, and clear the access routes before leaving for the day.

  • Walk the finished work

Go through the remaining details with the lead and close the items assigned to you.
