Alaska residential exterior — investor property candidate

For residential investors

Alaska fix-and-flip and hold rehab contractor.

You’ve closed on an Anchorage or Eagle River property. The rehab is the part you hand to a general contractor.

How the job is scheduled

A finish date is in the contract before demo.

We review the scope and your target date to list or rent before agreeing on the finish date. Interior remodel work continues through the Alaska winter. If that date changes, you get the revised date and reason in writing before work continues. We photograph concealed damage the day it surfaces. Repairs are priced separately for your approval.

  1. Site visit

We walk the property with you and go through the work you want done.

  2. Written scope

We put the scope, allowances, price, and finish date in writing before demolition.

  3. Construction

Our crew does the work and brings in licensed trades where needed. We schedule the work against the agreed finish date.

  4. Handoff

We close the punch list and hand the property off.

The build

We build the scope you approve.

We price the work, schedule it, and complete the rehab. You handle the listing, rental, and refinance decisions.

Request a property walk

…I felt less stressed knowing he was there and able to handle unexpected things that came up.
